Applicability

Inducon B.V. her privacy policy applies to all privacy sensitive information and personal data that the customer provides to us, either through our contact form or a by starting a project with Inducon B.V. 

We highly value the privacy of our customers. Therefore, all data is processed in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Regulation on Data Protection (GDPR). Inducon B.V. is the responsible party in the sense of the GDPR, with respect to the processing of your personal data. Inducon B.V. determines which personal data is processed, for what purpose and in what way.

In this privacy policy, it will be carefully explained which data we process and for what purposes they are used.

Personal data

Personal data Inducon B.V. uses in order to work with our customers are the following:

  • First- and surname;
  • Phonenumbers;
  • Mail adresses;
  • Adress and place of residence.

Purpose

By agreeing to this privacy policy, you grant Inducon B.V. permission to process your personal data for the purposes listed below in accordance with the GDPR.

If you have not given Inducon B.V. explicit consent for the processing of your personal data or if you have withdrawn your consent, the processing of your personal data may be subjected to the provisions of Article 6(1)(b), (c) and/or (f) of the GDPR. When this occurs processing of your personal data may take place without your consent, provided that it is necessary in order to realize a project to which you are a party.

Your personal data will only be used to realize projects and for future maintenance. We process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To be able to call or e-mail our customers, only if this is necessary for the realization of our services, for example, in case of a quotation, contract or verbal agreement;
  • To deliver or assemble goods and services to our customers.

The employees of Inducon B.V. will explicitly use your personal data if they need to.

Retention Period

Inducon B.V. will not keep your personal data longer than necessary. Generally, Inducon B.V. keeps the personal data they receive as long as the installation is in operation, only to contact the customer for the annual maintenance and possible repairs and/or replacements to the installation.

Transmission to or receiving from third parties

Inducon B.V. does not provide your personal information to third parties or individuals, except for situations described below. Inducon B.V. could receive your personal data from third parties, in which case, too, we will treat your personal data confidentially.

With permission

Inducon B.V. only provides your personal data to other parties with your permission. This permission is only granted if it is made explicitly clear what you are giving permission for.

Statutory and/or legal obligation

If required by law, Inducon B.V. will provide your personal data to the authorities or other parties. Inducon B.V. will always make arrangements with the receiving parties, so that your personal data will be treated confidentially.

Transmission of personal data outside the EU

Within the EU, transmission of personal data is protected by the equivalent privacy law established by the EU. Outside the EU, personal data will only be transferred when an adequate privacy law is in place, but only if the sharing of your personal data outside the EU is deemed necessary.

Functional cookies are necessary in order for the website to work properly.

Besides functional cookies, Inducon B.V. also uses non-functional cookies, which process personal data outside your field of sight. They mainly enable us to improve our services.

Analytical cookies

With analytical cookies, Inducon B.V. collects statistics about the website by its users. Inducon B.V. uses Google Analytics to provide reports on website usage and to measure quality and effectiveness. Inducon uses Google Analytics in the manner authorised by the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, which is covered by the cookie-law, Inducon B.V. does not need each individual’s prior consent for the use of Google Analytics.

Rights

Each individual has a number of legal rights concerning your personal data: perusal, correction or addition, data erasure and objection.

Perusal

At your request, Inducon B.V. will inform you whether we are processing your personal data. At the time of your request, you will need to identify yourself by providing a valid ID document. Our letter will explain which of your personal data we have processed or will process and provide you with a copy.

Correction or addition

If you have received access to your personal data, you can request us to correct any inaccuracies or complete the data form with the correct information.

Data erasure

At your request and in the following cases, Inducon B.V. can erase all personal data from our database:

  • Your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes they were originally processed for;
  • You withdraw your consent for (further) processing;
  • You raise a substantiated objection, and there are no compelling grounds for not honouring your objection;
  • Your personal details have been processed by Inducon B.V. unlawfully;
  • Inducon B.V. is required to delete your personal data on the basis of a legal obligation;
  • Inducon B.V. has collected your data without permission through internet services.

Objection

You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time. Inducon B.V. will immediately cease processing your data after the objection, unless we can demonstrate legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests and rights.

If your personal data is processed with your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any given time.

Complaints

Inducon B.V. takes the safeguarding of your data seriously and takes adequate measures at all times to prevent abuse, loss and disclosure. If you get the impression that your personal data is not properly secured or if there are any indications of misuse, you can report this to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) and inform Inducon B.V. by sending an e-mail to Inducon@Inducon.nl.
